How it Works

The Safe & Sound service is centred on assisting business travellers, assignees and their families with relocation and mobility to a host county and ensuring compliance with any self-isolation requirements that might be in place.  Having assessed the requirements, a dedicated Relocation Account Manager will be appointed as a single point of contact for the assignee throughout the entire process.  Depending on which requirements are in place at the time, EER can arrange temporary accommodation, transfers, supplies and more throughout the duration.  They will also be available to answer any questions, provide updates and facilitate any necessary healthcare.  If the assignee, returning employee or business traveller is required to complete a period of self-isolation on arrival, EER will also ensure their accommodation is furnished with a range of elements that will help including:

• Hygiene kits including masks, gloves and sanitizers
• Full accommodation sanitisation, including linens and towels
• Provisions on arrival and regular grocery deliveries
• A wellness kit including recipes, exercise routines and a meditation guide
• A comprehensive list of relevant contact numbers, essential information and location guides with the latest instructions on movement and contact
