EER Middle East is delighted to welcome Saloni Dalal to the team as Manager, Global Mobility & Business Strategy.
With more than 10 years of experience across global mobility, business development and strategic growth, Saloni brings a wealth of commercial expertise and regional knowledge to EER Middle East. Her appointment will support both the continued development of our global mobility services and our wider strategic growth across the region.
Born and raised in Dubai, Saloni has spent her career working across the Middle East and has developed an in-depth understanding of the cultural, commercial and operational nuances that shape business across the GCC and wider region. Her experience spans global mobility, regional sales leadership, business development, go-to-market strategy and key account management, with a strong track record of building long-term client relationships and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.
As Manager, Global Mobility & Business Strategy, Saloni will work across both our service delivery and commercial priorities, helping to strengthen our global mobility offering while supporting strategic initiatives that contribute to the continued growth of EER Middle East. A key area of focus will include leading the continued development of our household goods shipment service, working closely with clients, international moving partners and internal teams to deliver a seamless and customer-focused experience.
Saloni holds an MSc in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship from The University of Manchester and a BSBA in Finance & Accounting from the American University of Sharjah. Her academic background, combined with extensive commercial and mobility experience, enables her to bridge strategic thinking with practical execution.
Throughout her career, Saloni has successfully managed multinational client relationships, expanded regional portfolios and built strategic partnerships across the Middle East. She has also led long-term business planning initiatives, including the development of a comprehensive five-year strategic growth plan focused on strengthening market positioning and supporting sustainable expansion.
Known for her people-first approach and ability to build trusted relationships, Saloni believes that successful business growth starts with understanding client needs, delivering exceptional service and creating partnerships that provide long-term value.
Her appointment reflects EER Middle East’s continued investment in our people, services and future growth as we strengthen our global mobility capabilities and continue to evolve our offering to meet the changing needs of our clients across the Middle East.
