EER Middle East is delighted to welcome Saloni Dalal to the team as Global Mobility Manager.
With more than 10 years of experience across global mobility, business development and strategic growth, Saloni brings a wealth of commercial expertise and regional knowledge that will further strengthen EER Middle East’s ability to support clients with seamless international relocations.
Born and raised in Dubai, Saloni has spent her career working across the Middle East, developing an in-depth understanding of the region’s business landscape and the unique challenges organisations face when moving employees and their families. Her experience spans business development, regional sales leadership, key account management and global mobility, where she has successfully built long-term client partnerships and delivered strategic solutions for multinational organisations.
As Global Mobility Manager, Saloni will play a key role in enhancing EER Middle East’s global mobility offering. Working closely with clients, international moving partners and internal teams, she will help ensure every relocation is delivered seamlessly, with exceptional service, clear communication and attention to detail throughout the shipment process.
Saloni holds a Master of Science in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specialising in Finance & Accounting, from the American University of Sharjah. Throughout her career, she has combined strategic thinking with practical execution, leading initiatives focused on revenue growth, market expansion and long-term business planning.
Her appointment reflects EER Middle East’s continued investment in strengthening its global mobility offering and delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and assignees.
