Dr Natalie Robson is an organisational psychologist and senior consultant specialising in cross-cultural leadership, selection and behavioural training across industrial and government sectors. Based in the Middle East, she works with organisations who need practical, psychologically informed cultural awareness that translates directly into operational behaviour.

Natalie has lived and worked across the UK, Ireland, the United States and the GCC — including Saudi Arabia and the UAE. This mix of experience allows her to bridge Western and Gulf perspectives, helping mixed national teams understand how culture shapes trust, authority, decision-making and communication.
