| Responsibilities Relocation Administrator · Complete property handovers ensuing detailed document with supporting photographs in place; · Complete utility and telecom connections for assignees; · Complete Ejari registration for assignees; · Assist assignee with Driving Licence transfer; · Complete alcohol licence registration for assignee; · Manage Tenancy Contract Renewals; · Ensure records maintained for all settling-in services with appropriate receipts; · Ensure CRM system is updated with details and records of all services; · Manage Relocation app to ensure that all content is relevant and up to date and that all assignees are introduced to the app. Required Skills: · Client service focused with excellent attention to detail; · Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to drive forward to completion; · Well-developed problem solving skills; · Excellent communication skills; · Excellent organisation skills; · Good analytical and decision-making skills; · Good intuition and understanding of people’s requirements; · Confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people; · Proactive with a positive can do attitude; · A team player but with ability to work by oneself; · Fluent English, both oral and written; · Ability to work under pressure especially when deadlines have to be met; |
