Standard covers the essential coordination of your departure — household goods, utility closures, property handover and administrative requirements. Premium adds a dedicated senior Departure Manager who acts as your single point of contact, proactively coordinating all providers and services on your behalf, with post-departure oversight included.

How much notice do you need to organise a departure?

We recommend engaging our team as early as possible — ideally four to six weeks before your intended departure date. However, we understand that circumstances can change quickly and are experienced in managing departures at short notice where required.
