Career Opportunity – ‘Company Incorporations Specialist’

The position of ‘Company Incorporations Specialist ’ involves working directly with the Company Incorporations Manager and the Company Incorporations Administrator in supporting EER clients, to firstly help them understand the various Free Zone options to choosing which one is more suitable for their business requirements and from time to time other company structures (i.e. L.LC’s). Also to assist them with amendments and cancelation of their license.  The Company Incorporations Specialist will also be responsible for communicating the requirements to clients, gathering the relevant documents and updating our internal databases and client files. Liaising with 3rd parties so that clients needs are fully met.

Duties:

  • Manage the administration behind each company incorporation – relevant paper work, prepare applications company files, and portal administration.
  • Manage and affectively liaise between 3rd parties and clients (an example of some of these services are). Bank account opening, audited accounts, opening of off shore companies and the attestation of documents.
  • Affectively Manage amendments to licenses this will include researching the requirements with the relevant department and clearly outlining them to the client through a variety of methods.
  • Communicate the status of files and clearly articulate next steps with clients.
  • Accounts (Invoice to clients, payment collection, petty cash management 3rd party agent commission tracking)
  • Update department Master sheets for key events and for service tracking
  • Work collaboratively with the company’s resources for achieving client requirements
  • Maintain and up-date internal databases and procedures in relation to company incorporations i.e. license renewals, customer information, requirements for the various free zones.
  • Maintaining filing systems.
  • Research and Prepare information on the regulatory frameworks of free zones and other service offered
  • Visiting the various free zones when appropriate to submit paperwork or make payments

Training:

  • EER will provide the necessary information and procedures for all free zone company setup options
  • A shadowing process of 4 weeks with the current Company Incorporations Assistant
